MTN Enterprises LLC ("we", "us") operates mtnent.net. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you send us an inquiry through the contact form we collect your name, business name, email address, mobile phone number, and your message.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule and confirm walkthrough calls, and tell you about our services.

Text messaging

If you check the consent box on our contact form, we will send you transactional and customer care text messages only: replies to your inquiry and appointment confirmations and reminders. We do not send marketing text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookies and tracking

The site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots, which may set a short-lived cookie for that purpose only. Emails we send may include a tracking link so we can tell whether a message was opened or a link was clicked; that information is used only to follow up on your inquiry.

Data security

The site is served over HTTPS. Your information is stored in our CRM, where access is limited to MTN Enterprises LLC staff who need it to respond to you, and our service providers protect it under their own security programs. We keep it only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting work, and we delete it on request.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run our forms, email, and texting (our CRM platform). They process your information only to provide those services to us. We do not sell your information.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts. Use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop receiving emails. Email us at mtnentllc@gmail.com to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.
